The Core Viewpoints and the Priorate Questions in the Policies towards the Ethnic Minorities of China since the Reform, Open Door up to Present

Abstract

Based on the update of published materials and scientific exchange with the Chinese ethnologists/anthropologists, the writing delved into analysis of the new approach viewpoints and regulation of the ethnic policies of People’s Republic of China since the reform, open door up to present. The writing also emphasized that the regulation of China’s ethnic policies in the modern time has attached closely to the policy of development of border areas of this nation towards the Southern and Southwestern neighbouring countries including Vietnam in the context of globalization
