The anthropologial approach in construction an implementation of ethnic policies is a new tendency of the Committee of Ethnic Minority Affairs. From the angle of respect for ethnic cultural diversity, the anthropological approach awakes the development of natural resource of community, makes contribution to minimization of limitations of top-down and imposed policies. The approach from anthropological angle also helps the policy makers in their localities become flexible and creative ones in deployment of policies suitable to the natural condition and the cultural features of local people. By doing so, they can assess in full, correctly the effectiveness of policies.
