The Relationship of Ethnicities with Vietnam Nation-State in Educational Field

Abstract

In relationship of ethnicities with Vietnam Nation-state, education has a great role in creating an unification of national language, national consciousness, training human resource, constructing knowledge foundations for citizens and ethnicities so as to develop and protect the country. Therefore, since 1954, especially 1986 up to now, Vietnam Nation-state has had many policies to develop education in the ethnic and mountainous region by construction of infrastructure, specific education system and policies for teachers and students in this region. That expresses in the education development of the ethnic minority region in general and Nung, Hmong, Pu Peo, Khmer in Ha Giang and Tra Vinh provinces in particular
