Warm greeting and earnestly entrusting words to the delegates of the international scientific conference: “Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam – The Expectations”

Abstract

On order to have basis for the solving policy of the consequences of the toxic chemicals/dioxin used by the US army in Vietnam, Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, former Vice President of Socialistic Republic of Vietnam, Honorary president of Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin has called upon the scientific of Vietnam and foreign countries to continue the scientific research on a large and comprehensive scale.
