Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Binh Dinh

Abstract

The paper deals with the impacts of the US chemical warfare in Binh Dinh province, laying stress on the impacts on the environment and human health.  It also tells about activities undertaken by the Binh Dinh Red Cross in the care for and support of the victims of Agent Orange such as the establishment of the fund in support of Agent Orange victims, investigation to identify the number of victims and surveys on the needs of the victims so as to give them practical support.
