Abstract

The article introduces the process of building a house (materials preparation, navigation, and techniques), the arrangement of internal and external space usage, and the rituals associated with the house of the Pa Di - a local sub-group of the Tay in Vietnam. The author proposes that house’s patterns of the Pa Di reveal their Choang origin; therefore they can be seen as a local sub-group of the Tay or the Nung
