To develop bilingual language of ethnic minorities in Vietnam: From the policy to the practice

Abstract

The article mentioned the development of the bilingual language of ethnic minorities in a half of recent century. Vietnam promulgated the policy to confirm the right of the ethnic minorities in using their language together with the popular language (Viet language). Vietnamese Government has implemented the concrete methods to develop the language of ethnic minorities.
