The policy of nomination- a sound policy of The Party and the Government towards ethnic groups to develop education and training in mountainous and ethnic group areas
Abstract
After 3 years of adopting the policy of entry without examination (2000-2003), although there are still drawbacks with implementation, this policy has contributed to strengthening the development of education and training and the provision of qualified staff for ethnic minority and mountainous groups. This is a powerful force for the stable and comprehensive development of mountainous areas, the resolution of ethnic minority’s current difficulties, and a contribution to the implementation of the Party and Government’s policy towards ethnic problems.
