Viewpoints and resolution towards Khmer people who have no land or lack of agricultural land in Soc Trang province.

Abstract

The causes of this situation and due to low education background, planning and incomplete development policy limited capabilities of local authorities, irrelevant to market economy development. The author supposes that in order to solve problems, we need to pay attention to customs, social relations, ethnic relation, cultural factors, psychology of inhabitants.
