Some issues on training of ethnic staff in Quangxi, China since 1978 up to now
Abstract
Since reforms and the “open- door” policy began in 1978, ethnic minority policies in China have been implemented more effectively, and the training of ethnic staff has entered comprehensive development stages. The article mentioned both theory and practices of ethnic staff training at Choang autonomic area, China. Through this, the author withdraws results obtained and lessons learned as well as constraints overcome so that ethnic minority policies should be well implemented in multi-ethnic nations like China.
