The National Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities- 50 Years of Construction and Development

Abstract

 This is a speech by the Director of the National Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities (now called Vietnamese Academy for Social Sciences) organized in Hanoi on December 26^th, 2003 at the 50^th anniversary of the establishment of the Centre. The speech reviewed the basic achievements of the Centre over the last 50 years and their proposed development for the coming years.
