The conception in the intermarriage between Taiwanese and Vietnamese

Abstract

This study focus on the intermarriage between Taiwanese and Vietnamese from various aspects including cultural, geographical, political, economic and legal. Taiwanese men find Vietnamese women make good wives which has led to this phenomena increasing rapidly. The role of the State and public opinion on the intermarriage between Taiwanese and Vietnamese is also discussed. At the end of the article, some solutions are given to help control the more negative aspects of marriage brokers.
