Imbuing the ethnic policy of the Party, service of industrialization and modernization in ethnic classification

Abstract

They are opening remarks at the Conference “Identification of San Chay ethnicity (Cao Lan-San Chi)” in Bac Giang province from 29-30 March 2004. The author proposed that ethnic classification should be imbued on the basis of ethnic policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam, ensuring national solidarity, serving national industrialization and mobilization.
