Abstract

The Mnong Rlam community in Mlieng village, Dak Lieng commune, Lak district in Dak Lak province is undergoing drastic changes in economics, society, culture, belief and religion thanks to their settlement in an area that is being developed into a tourist site. And because of such changes, many traditional cultural values are fading out. The author proposes recommendations to preserve, restore and develop the cultural values of this community and to help ensure their sustainable development in the current market economy
