In the historical length of ethnic development, Islam has left its stamp in many fields such as architecture, carve, literature, language, religion, etc., especially in Panduranga (Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces at present time). Of which, Cham Awal is a product of process of mixture of Islam with Brahmanism and indigenous culture. This writing bases on the investigational data in Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces during the 2004 - 2011 years. Its important emphasis is on the application of dualism to explain the opposition but in existence, development in mutual dependence of two communities of Cham Awal and Cham Ahiér in process of shaping the cultural structure of Cham people in Vietnam.
