Forms of Traditional Land Ownership of the Cham in Hau Sanh Hamlet, Phuoc Huu Commune, Ninh Phuoc District, Ninh Thuan Province

Abstract

This study discusses the matrilineal and patrilineal traditional land ownership systems of the Cham ethnic group that include many diverse forms of cultivated land ownership, possession, and use. The relationships of the class, religion, property, and culture of the Cham community reflect the complexity of contemporary Cham people in Hau Sanh hamlet, Phuoc Huu commune.
