Hiệu quả hoạt động của chợ vùng cao Lào Cai dưới góc nhìn Nhân học
Tóm tắt
Since Doi moi, especially since the re-establishment of Lao Cai province (1991), the market system in Lao Cai province has grown rapidly; just over 20 years the markets have grown more than three times. However, the deserted markets are relatively popular. In Lao Cai province since the late twentieth century 18 of total 81 markets have been ineffective or no longer in use. The main causes of this situation are that the local governments do not understand the local topography and socio-economic characteristics, but they have enlisted the funds of the market construction program; structures of many new markets are not consistent with the characteristics of the mountain markets. In order to help the mountain markets operate more efficiently and avoid wasting money, the author has proposed a number of recommendations, which emphasize the characteristics and true demands of mountainous areas because they dominate the functions, architecture and structure of the stalls and related costs.
