Mối quan hệ trong quá trình phát triển lịch sử của các dân tộc trong khu vực châu Á -Thái Bình Dương

  • Phan Hữu Dật

Tóm tắt

Based on ethnological, linguistic, historical and cultural data, the author aims to show that nations in the Asia-Pacific region have had an age-old relationship. This relationship has gradually been strengthened and expanded, from the Stone Ages, through the Bronze and Iron Age, to the present; from primitive societies to class societies as well as various socio-economic structures. The Asia-Pacific nations have exchanged with each other in the two following ways: The first is from the Western coast of the Pacific to the Eastern coast, and subsequently in the opposite direction. The second way is in a straight line across the Pacific, from  West to the East and in the reverse direction, or from  North to South and in the reverse direction. The above-mentioned relationships are the historical and social bases of the foundation of  APEC, an alliance which has a great influence on  worldwide development.
