The paper exposes the crimes committed by the US aggressors in using toxic chemicals during the war in Vietnam through the evidence on the amount of toxic chemicals they used and the impacts of chemicals on the environment and human health. The consequences of the US chemical warfare remain heavy. The Vietnamese State and social-humanitarian organizations have and are doing all they can to overcome them.
