The article describes the process of rice wine cooking, from finding leaves for alcohol yeast, keeping wine, cooking wine and then preserving wine. The process shows that the cooking of rice wine of the Tay people in Tung Ba is still carried out based on traditional techniques. The product is popular and suitable to the market economy.
