Eating regime at Mong Phu

Abstract

The article describes research results between agricultural production and eating regime of villagers at Mong Phu (Duong Lam Commune, Son Tay townlet, Ha Tay province). The author supposes that the eating regime of the Mong Phu people depends upon the agricultural production system with a view that there is always a relationship between agricultural production and eating regime. People mainly eat rice while trying to improve the quality and quantity of daily food. This change depends upon market conditions and non-agricultural income sources of the people
