Ethnic populations of the Tay and Nung in Vietnam and Choang in China are big, belonging to the Tay-Thai ethnic languages. There are a lot of similarities among these ethnic populations in terms of originality, history and culture. The article compares some similarities and differences of religion and belief of these populations indicated through Heaven and Earth, ancestors’ (human’s ancestors, family, genie of the earth, ethnic Genie and Nature Genie) cult.
