Promoting the role of subjects in human resource development to meet the requirements of the new era

Abstract

Developing human resources to meet the needs of the new era requires the unity of will and action of leaders at all levels from the central to local levels. In particular, the role of planning guidelines, policies, and strategies of the Party and State plays a decisive role. Furthermore, that is the responsibility of leaders, managers, schools, enterprises, families as well as each individual in the process of implementation. Focusing on all resources and promoting the role of all subjects in human
resource development will contribute to fundamentally overcoming the shortage in quantity, limitations in quality as well as the unreasonable structure of human resources, especially high-quality human resources in Vietnam today.
