Building a vanguard Party in the era of national development

Abstract

In his sacred Testament, President Ho Chi Minh stated that after the victory in the resistance war, the first step in rebuilding and improving the country to make it "more decent and beautiful" was to rectify the Party. He emphasized that we will succeed if we can achieve this, no matter how large or challenging the task may be. This reflects the core philosophy of our Party, led by General Secretary To Lam when placing strategic priority on party-building work so that the Party can truly lead the country firmly into a new era of national development.
