Strengthening the implementation of revolutionary ethical standards for officials and Party members in the new phase

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh and our Party affirmed that cadres and cadre work constitute a matter of paramount importance; “cadres are the root of every task,” and they are the decisive factor determining the success or failure of the revolutionary cause. Building a contingent of cadres with sufficient competence to lead the nation into a new era of development, an era of national advancement, requires the comprehensive implementation of measures to promote and cultivate revolutionary ethical standards among cadres and Party members. This will contribute to the creation of great strength and generate a crucial breakthrough in the process of building and developing the country.
