Identifying and combating wrong and hostile views against the Vietnam People's Army in cyberspace

Abstract

Hostile, reactionary, and opportunistic political forces have increasingly exploited the characteristics of cyberspace, such as hyper-connectivity, openness, and a high level of anonymity, to intensify the implementation of plots and tricks to sabotage the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Their efforts have particularly targeted the armed forces, especially the Vietnam People's Army. This article aims to identify the tactics and schemes employed by these hostile forces against the Vietnam People's Army. Based on this analysis, it also proposes effective solutions to combat and refute the erroneous and hostile viewpoints directed at the Vietnam People's Army in cyberspace.
