Promoting the key role of state-owned enterprises - Some issues and recommendations

Abstract

State-owned enterprises have an important position and role throughout the development stages of the country. In particular, as the material force of the state economy, through the function of investing and leading the economy, the "key" role of state-owned enterprises is increasingly affirmed. However, in reality, the implementation of the above functions of stateowned enterprises still has certain limitations. Based on focusing on clarifying the content, evaluating the achieved results, and pointing out the limitations and causes, the article proposes several recommendations to promote the key role of state-owned enterprises in our country today.
