National development by 2030, with a vision toward 2045 in the era of national advancement

Abstract

This article affirms that the goal of transforming Vietnam into a modern industrialized country with upper-middle income by 2030, and a high-income developed country by 2045, is grounded in solid theoretical and practical foundations gained through the achievements of the renovation process; at the same time, it emphasizes strategic thinking and national aspirations as key driving forces. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to realize the goal of national development in the new development era.
