Abstract
The article highlights the significant cultural and ethical values of the Minh The festival, which has been celebrated for nearly 500 years in Hai Phong. It serves as a model of cultural integrity within community life. Additionally, the article examines the connection between this traditional cultural value and the contemporary fight against corruption, waste, and negativity in Vietnam. Furthermore, the article suggests solutions to enhance the role of culture in combating these issues, aiming to build a clean and strong team of leaders. This, in turn, will strengthen the public's trust in both the Party and the State, creating a robust foundation for advancing the nation into a new era of development.
