Policies for ethnic minority groups with minimal populations in Vietnam: Current status and solutions

Abstract

As a multi-ethnic country, ethnic policies have always been of interest and focus to our Party and State, particularly policies for ethnic minorities with minimal populations. Based on an overview of the policies of the Party and the State of Vietnam towards ethnic minorities in general and ethnic minorities with minimal populations in particular, and an assessment of the current effectiveness of policy implementation for ethnic minorities with minimal populations, this article proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of policy implementation for ethnic minorities with minimal populations in the coming time.
