Private economic development - An important driving force in strengthening the productive forces in Vietnam

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the relationship between private economic development and the enhancement of productive forces in Vietnam in the period 2005 - 2023. Based on the approach to the political economic theory of Marxism - Leninism and the endogenous growth model, the study focuses on measuring and evaluating the role of the private economic sector through indicators of labor scale and structure, contribution to GDP and labor productivity, the article proposes several policy solutions to improve the effectiveness of the private economic sectorʼs contribution to the modernization of the national productive forces.
