Reforming and streamlining the organisational structure to enhance the operational efficiency of the National Political Publishing House
Abstract
In the context of deep integration and strong digital transformation today, innovation and streamlining of organisational structures are urgent requirements for all agencies and units in the political system in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. As the theoretical and political publishing agency of the Party and State, the National Political Publishing House has reorganised its functions and tasks in a flexible and effective manner, while improving the quality of its human resources, gradually standardising processes, strengthening the application of technology, and building an operating model that meets the requirements of the digital transformation era, with a view to developing the Publishing House into a modern political publishing centre for the whole country.
