Summarizing the key directives of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong regarding the People’s Public Security Forces in areas such as national security protection, social order and safety, and force building, the author identifies five core issues that need continued implementation to further develop and complete the theoretical foundation for the People’s Public Security Forces in the future.
