Abstract

This paper presents experimental results on the effect of technological parameters on surface roughness in CNC milling of A2024 aluminum alloy using a high-speed steel end mill. The investigated parameters include cutting speed and feed rate. The experimental design method was applied to develop a mathematical model describing the relationship between the technological parameters and surface roughness. The results provide a basis for selecting optimal cutting conditions to improve surface quality and machining efficiency in production.
