Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the impact of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness at bank branches in Can Tho City. Primary data were collected by surveying 206 employees in Can Tho City from various banks, using a convenience sampling method. Additionally, qualitative research with semi-structured interviews of 12 middle to upper-level managers working in various departments at bank branches was conducted. The results of both the estimated regression model and qualitative research show that both organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive impact on organizational effectiveness, with the impact of organizational culture being significantly stronger. Based on the research findings, managerial implications are proposed to enhance organizational effectiveness at bank branches.
