Abstract

This study focuses on building digital process architecture using ArchiMate to facilitate the digital transformation of organizations. Business processes play a crucial role in organizational operations, and managing them helps optimize operational efficiency. The research explored existing process modeling languages and identified ArchiMate as an ideal language for constructing comprehensive digital process architectures. This article analyzes an actual process and proposes a service-oriented architecture model using ArchiMate. The application of this language in real processes has yielded numerous benefits such as improving understanding of the process and guiding system development. It is recommended that organizations research and apply ArchiMate to enhance processes and meet challenges in the digital age.
