Abstract

Trade Union is a large political and social organization of the working class and the employeees in Vietnam, voluntarily established under the leadership of the Vietnamese Communist Party. In addition, Trade Union has a very important position and roles for the parties in labor relations to ensure legal and legitimate rights and benefits for employees. By clarifying the current legal regulations in Vietnam on the position of Trade Union, it helps us have a more comprehensive and general view of Trade Union in the current period. From there, providing some suggestions to promote and develop the trade union‘s activities at Can Tho University of Technology (CTUT).
