Legal policies for protection, development of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam
Abstract
Small and medium enterprises play an important role in the economy of each country, however, in the process of carrying out economic production activities, these enterprises encountered many difficulties in financial, operating procedures as well as problems with needed support from legal policies. The current regulations have invested in supporting this group, however, there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, the goal of the article will analyze the bases for identifying small and medium enterprises under Vietnamese law, clarify the necessity of building a legal corridor to protect small and medium enterprises, pointing out some existing shortcomings that hinder the legal operation of small and medium enterprises, and at the same time comparing them with the provisions of foreign laws to have diverse views related to them. Based on the method of analyzing, comparing and citing the data, the article will make a system of recommendations to overcome the remaining shortcomings, contribute to the improvement of the law, and promote the development of small and medium enterprises.
