Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the satisfaction of students with car driver training services at Kien Giang Vocational College and propose some solutions to improve the satisfaction level of the students with the quality of the school's car driver training service. The study was carried out through a direct survey using a questionnaire given to 180 driver trainees in the 2022 training course. The proposed research model is based on a six-factor SERVPERF model with 28 observed variables. Descriptive statistics methods, Cronbach's Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis were used. The analysis shows that the theoretical research model is suitable. The results of the regression analysis show that there are 4 factors that have an impact on the satisfaction of students learning to drive at the School. The order of impact roles of each factor shown in the regression equation shows that the factor of Management and Service Training has the greatest influence; next is the factor of facilities and equipment; next is the capacity and attitude of the teachers and finally the factor of tuition fees. Four groups of managerial implications are proposed to help improve student satisfaction with car driver training services at Kien Giang Vocational College.
