Data was collected by surveying 200 customers who have borrowed and intend to continue borrowing from Eximbank Can Tho. Research models are processed through descriptive statistical analysis, testing the reliability of the scale with Cronbach Alpha coefficients, discovery factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. The research results have identified five independent factors that affect customers' intention to continue to borrow capital, namely Bank brand, Loan interest rate, Loan procedure, Bank staff and Tangible items. On the basis of the results of the study, the author suggested that five factors: Bank brand, Loan interest rates, Loan procedures, Bank staff, and Tangible should be considered to enhance the intention of customers to continue borrowing in the future.
