Knowledge Resources: Interconnections and Socio-Economic Development
Abstract
In recent decades, driven by advances in science and technology, the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence (AI), and the accelerating processes of regionalization and globalization, human civilization has been undergoing profound transformations. These changes have reshaped the contemporary world and reconfigured the structures and developmental trajectories of nations. Within this context, knowledge and national knowledge resources have become increasingly significant in shaping development strategies. Adopting a historical–cultural perspective and an interdisciplinary analytical approach, this article does not seek to examine in depth the origins, nature, or essential characteristics of knowledge and intelligence. Rather, it focuses on elucidating several key dimensions of the formation of knowledge resources, the characteristics of different types of knowledge, the interactions among them, and the roles of knowledge resources in the historical–cultural and socio-economic development of the country.
