Applying artificial intelligence (AI) in agricultural supply chain management

Abstract

The article focused on the issues surrounding the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the supply chain management of agricultural products. The research content refered to the concept of AI, the process in the supply chain of agricultural products; AI applications in agricultural supply chains. At the same time, the study also assessed the challenges and difficulties in applying AI to agrarian supply chain management. The topic used qualitative research methods by synthesizing and analyzing secondary data from domestic and foreign sources. From there, recommendations were made to improve the effectiveness of AI applications such as: building information technology infrastructure; solving the problem of costs when applying AI; and issues related to training and linkage between stakeholders.
