The current situation of digital transformation in sustainable agricultural development in Can Tho City

Abstract

Can Tho City is considered to have great potential for agricultural development based on its advantages in geography, soil, human resources and many research and processing centers for agricultural products. However, the achievements that the city has made in the field of agriculture are not really commensurate with the advantages and potential it has. The reason is that the application of science and technology, digital transformation in agricultural production is still fragmented, small-scale, inefficient, and lacks a comprehensive solution in production and consumption of agricultural products. This article discussed the current situation and suggested solutions to promote digital transformation in agricultural development towards a sustainable agriculture in the future in Can Tho City.
