Completing the law on controling and treating of environmental pollution in industrial parks in context adapt to climate change

Abstract

Controlling and treating water pollution in industrial parks is one of the important activities in environmental protection. However, currently, the implementation of this activity still has certain limitations and inadequacies, which seriously affects the quality of human life. This study focused on analyzing, evaluating, and pointing out the limitations and inadequacies in environmental legal regulations on the issue of controlling and treating water pollution in industrial parks, as well as pointing out the Limitations in the application of these regulations in practice, from which a number of suggestions and recommendations for improvement were made.
