Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the context of enterprises focusing on applying science and technology to business and production
Abstract
Currently, socio-economic development is closely tied to the application of scientific and technological advancements. Technological progress enhances production and business efficiency, bringing numerous economic benefits to the nation as a whole and enterprises in particular. However, this development has led to many concerning consequences that are increasingly evident, highlighting the downsides of modern advancements. Notably, among these is the negative impact on the rights of workers – the core force in the industrial era. The emphasis on applying advanced technologies and automation in enterprises has gradually eliminated the roles of workers, with human labor being increasingly replaced by machinery. Using the method of analysis and synthesis combined with research-based evaluation, the author focused on clarifying issues that affect workers' rights under the influence of the technological era and the responsibilities of employers – the enterprises. Through this article, the author proposes recommendations to improve the legal framework for protecting workers' rights, contributing to balancing the interests of enterprises and workers in today's modern social context.
