Abstract

This study focuses on studying legal adjustments required for integration during Industry 4.0 and the digital era in Vietnam. Studying legal adjustments on this topic is necessary as the foundational and valuable factor throughout the law-making process. The study consists of the following contents: Overview of globalization, Industry 4.0, and the digital era; Overview of legal adjustments required by Industry 4.0 and the digital era in Vietnam; Advantages, difficulties, and challenges regarding labor and employment due to the integration requirements of Industry 4.0 and the digital era in Vietnam; Current situation and solutions for legal adjustments regarding labor and employment due to the requirements of the Industry 4.0 and the digital era in our country today.
