Abstract

The implementation of the 2017 Planning Law is a significant policy to unify plans and solve the inadequacies of recent plans. This is a global trend of the times that countries around the world have adopted. The unification of planning provides favorable for domestic individual, and foreign businesses to easily and understand and invest in Can Tho City in particular and the country in general. However, when implementing, there are many problems and difficulties. Up to now, the provinces/centrally-run cities that have been approved by the Government to integrate provincial-level planning are still very limited, especially City. Can Tho is submitting and waiting for the Government to approve this planning. Based on the Party's viewpoints, guidelines, and policies, and the State's laws on the application of law when formulating integrated provincial planning, the article focuses on analyzing the advantages, difficulties, and inadequacies of The application of law when preparing and integrating provincial planning and practice in Can Tho city. Thereby, the study has proposed appropriate solutions to the analyzed inadequacies in order to promptly remove difficulties and problems in the process of integrating provincial planning, in order to create a planning system. synchronized and unified planning in Vietnam.
