Sustainable development and climate change in Vietnam's environmental policies and laws

Abstract

Nowadays, climate change is no longer just a local or national issue; it has become a global concern. The policies and environmental legislation in Vietnam regarding climate change reflect the fundamental principles of environmental law, particularly the principle of sustainable development. This article aims to highlight some of the key policies and  legislation in Vietnam that address climate change and its relationship to sustainable development.
