Law on environment protection at craft in Viet Nam – current situation and improvement direction

Abstract

The development of craft villages has been and is still playing an important role in the transformation of the agricultural and rural economic structure, job creation, and improving the income and living standards of farmers. However, in the process of development, there have also been some shortcomings, especially the environmental pollution, which affects the health of the people. To address this issue, the Party and State have issued a number of policies aimed at environmental protection in craft villages in a sustainable development direction. However, in the process of implementing and applying the law, there are still some shortcomings that need to be addressed. Therefore, this study focused on clarifying the shortcomings in the regulations related to environmental protection in craft villages and proposed some solutions to improve the legal framework in the future.
