Abstract

This study discusses the necessity of labor law reform to meet the demands of the labor market in the era of Industry 4.0. Current challenges include automation, remote work, changes in skill requirements, and occupational safety. The study proposes reform solutions such as updating regulations on new technologies, supporting flexible work policies, training and skill development, and protecting worker health. The goal is to create a fair, modern, and sustainable working.
